Maria Tereza Uille Gomes

Lawyer. Partner at Uille Consultoria e Auditoria and Executive Director of the Climate, Innovation and Technology Institute (Instituto Clima de Inovação e Tecnologia) and the Peruille Institute (Instituto Peruille). Founder and Director of the Association of Human Rights Indicators for Development (Associação de Indicadores em Direitos Humanos para o Desenvolvimento – AiDH). Academic Researcher and Full Professor in the Master's Program in Law at Positivo University (Universidade Positivo), and Post-Doctoral Researcher in Law at the Federal University of Paraná (Universidade Federal do Paraná). She served as a Counselor of the National Council of Justice (Conselho Nacional de Justiça) (2017-2021) and Coordinator of the Permanent Commission for Monitoring the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from UFPR, a Master's in Education from PUCPR, a Specialist degree in Criminal Procedure Law from PUCPR, a Specialist degree in Administrative Law from the Romeu Felipe Bacellar Institute, and a Law degree from the State University of Londrina-PR (Universidade Estadual de Londrina-PR). She was a public servant in the Judiciary (1984-1987), a member of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of Paraná (1987-2016), Attorney General of Justice of the State of Paraná (2002-2004), State Secretary of Justice, Citizenship and Human Rights of the State of Paraná (2011-2015), and President of the Paraná Public Prosecutor's Association (Associação Paranaense do Ministério Público). She was the CEO of JUSPREV - Associative Pension Fund for the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Brazilian Judiciary, a full member of the National Councils of Complementary Pension, the National Council of Criminal and Penitentiary Policy, and the National Council of Public Security. She was President of the National Council of State Secretaries of Justice and Prison Administration (CONSEJ). She has experience in the field of Law, with an emphasis on Constitutional Law, Environmental Administrative Law, and Criminal Enforcement, and primarily works on the following topics: human rights, innovations in the judiciary with the UN 2030 Agenda, public policies and management, climate balance, especially in the areas of sustainable energy, carbon and water footprint, and environmental preservation and biodiversity.

Rafael de Alencar Araripe Carneiro

Lawyer. Partner at Carneiros Advogados. Legal Director of the Climate, Innovation and Technology Institute (Instituto Clima de Inovação e Tecnologia). Professor of Law at IDP - Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (Instituto Brasileiro de Ensino, Desenvolvimento e Pesquisa). Ph.D. Candidate and Master of Laws from Humboldt University of Berlin. Coordinator of the Research Groups on Administrative Improbity and the Study Group on Jurisdiction and Competitiveness in Infrastructure Regulation at IDP. Member of the Superior Council of Legal Affairs of Fiesp (Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo). He was a Member of the Superior Council of the Center for Advanced Studies in Telecommunications (Ceatel) at Anatel (National Telecommunications Agency), Vice-President of the National Commission on Electoral Law of the Federal Council of the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association), and President of the Mercosur Law Commission of the OAB/DF. He worked in law firms in Germany and Spain. Fluent in German, Spanish, and English.

Miguel Lanna

Executive professional in the field of international development cooperation and fundraising, with solid experience in the forestry, biodiversity, and climate sectors, as well as secondary experience in the energy, water and sanitation, urban mobility, and solid waste sectors. Executive Director of the Climate, Innovation and Technology Institute (Instituto Clima de Inovação e Tecnologia). Since 2003, he has been working in project management, portfolio development, and institutional and governmental relations in both the public and private sectors. Examples of this work include conducting due diligence, stakeholder management, strategic management, project and impact assessment, new business development, contract negotiations, public policy analysis, and the creation and modeling of environmental funds and other financial sustainability instruments for socio-environmental initiatives. Since 2020, he has also been active as an entrepreneur in the innovation and technology field, focusing on territorial management, agriculture, and local development. In 2022, he took on the challenge of leading the promotion and acceleration of public and private initiatives through the Climate Institute, directing his skills and relationships toward creating business and innovation environments focused on climate protection, bioeconomy, and rural development.​
